BUILDER VS. AI

LoL could use a builder mode for vs ai. It is mainly used for new players and build testing which are both usually looking for specific champions in specific roles. especially when new champs come out when people are testing a new champ like ekko. Hook it up for us riot so we don't have to dodge a lobby in vs ai feeling retarded
