You can't give vlad the damage of viegar, the healing of mundo, and the tankyness of sejuani. every game i have seen him he has not lost a lane for a reason... he's broken and u know it riot. several other champs are broken and you know it too. fix that shit and make the game more balanced... aka quit being gay and favoring w/e champs u want at the time.

Vlad doesn't have Sej tankiness, he's not even really tanky. He just has more health than your average APC because of his passive.

Vlad doesn't have Sej's tankyness and he cannot blow up anyone unless stupidly fed. How about you actually take advantage of his weak early game and force him to use his pool early in teamfights and focus him down? How about you actually try to learn the game instead of whining about someone who is a late game champion that is supposed to be strong in long fights?

If you know how to wrangle him, he's not overpowered. I once went against Vlad as Darius top lane, and I built straight magic resist (particularly the Maw of Malmortius and Spirit Visage) and crushed him.
The problem is if your fighting style requires you to deal sustained damage or just generally commit to a fight, then yes, you're going to have a rough time with Vlad. This is when you call for assistance.
Dude, Vlad is far from Op. He does well in this meta because there are more tanks, meaning that therer is not so much burst champs going around as much. Vlad excels the longer the team fight takes, and if no one bursts him down, he can work magic. But if you are having that big a dificulty against Vlad, pick Swain. He stomps Vlad, as Vlad's pool is useless against his Dot. Swain is the champ that best punishes Vlad for having a bad early game. And he scales sooooo well into late game, a lot like Vladimir, but the early game should be yours.
