Now that AD assassin's get to have a stopwatch, can we get a hexdrinker for AP champions?

LMAO, are you implying that the existence of Stopwatch favors AD assassins more than AP champions?! AD champions want to all in, Stopwatch prevents that without helping with that. This is yet another buff to mages that mages complain about.

Ad assassins also got hexdrinker from runes.

Hexdrinker from runes + hex drinker, rip burst mages.

They give up way too much for it by comparison
