Just stay calm and continue to rise in elo. I've been through elo hell myself, where it just seemed like no matter how hard I tried, getting out of bronze 5 was impossible... today I stood victorious and managed to reach silver 5, and now I'm reaching to achieve my goal reaching to gold and regardless of how long I stay or drop a rank, I'm eventually going to get there knowing my KDA in most games is consistent and I contribute to the best of my ability in each one of them, if my teams throw, oh well, not all of them will, but it certainly is better me not being the factor to the throws and continuing the trend for more wins.
It make take hundreds of games, but one winning spree will completely change your mmr for more equal skill players. Keep a good consistent KDA in all your matches, and the majority of them you will win rather than being that guy that fed and needs carried. If you're on tilt, just take a break and do some blind pick or aram, have fun and relax and then jump right back into ranked. Duo with a friend for better odds.
Honestly just staying off tilt and never typing in chat unless it's informative like "naut is building ZZ" will help keep your teams more motivated to win.
Keep in mind that even though you get trolls, the enemy team also may have trolls. It's a 50/50 on which side the troll is on and if they're even intentionally trolling.
