QoL changes to Annie's Tibbers. (Does not impact Gameplay)

Hi, so I was watching Doom Bots, and looked at the cinematic for LoL (Twist Of Fate), and now, I am wondering.

When does THIS.

Become THIS?

So, I thought of this.

Every time Annie kills a player/get's an assist, Tibber's increases in size by 10%, up to...

It makes sense, because everytime Annie "plays" with someone, Tibbers could suck their energy or something, and be larger, and bigger then ever.

The bigger they are, the harder they fall right?

That is actually an insanely huge gameplay change. increasing the amount of flame VFX around him would be one thing, but actually increasing its size actually has a dramatic impact on gameplay and would be a substantial buff.

Sorry, but NO.

How would it be a buff?

Tibbers is primarily used as a tank minion to body block impactful skill shots or tank towers. having a larger size immediately makes it harder for enemies to hit you backline when he's standing in the way. That, and having that big of a Tibbers could easily cover an ADC's hotbox entirely within itself, basically nullifying any hope of hitting them with a skill shot or targeting them with a point and click ability.

That bear is bigger than Cho'gath at max stacks, and Cho pays a lot of his power budget to be able to get that big (as in, 0 mobility or sticking power). this buff also doesn't even make sense, since Tibbers in game is already quite large compared to annie (which matches the cinematic) and the difference between the cinematic and in game timbers is mostly the amount of flames coming off of him.
