What happens when blitz and thresh both pull at the same time. Does one overrule tho other? Does one pull the other two together? What about when they are on opposite teams and pull each other vs same team pulling same champ.

Thresh pulling himself: It doesn't matter, because both do the same thing: Thresh going to Blitz. If Blitz and Thresh are on the same team, everyone gets pulled towards Blitz, including the Lantern!
Thresh pulling enemy Blitz gets pulled once, then Thresh goes to Blitz. If it's timed exact, might be that Thresh land behind him If on same Team: They interrupt each other.

The game can't handle two displacement actions at once, so they interrupt each other, like with Alistar combo.

If Thresh's hook hits first then the target would travel towards Blitz normally.
