Seriously tired of how op and broken he is with youmuu's. Either make youmuu's ghostblade melee only again or nerf lucian. Wont be playing your game again till this happens

Champions who can abuse Ghost blade currently: 
and likely any AD based champion in general that can do lots of hits in short periods of time.
Champions who are 'were 4 months ago overpowered and still are to where they can make a match easily one sided unless you have a hard counter or very good team':

(A retarded versatile champ with Tank, AD, AP builds and like Veigar can just infinite stack a stat but he can also get armor of his, so he basically middle fingers pretty much any AD champion and can just build damage and health mainly while nomming Armor+AP bonus), 
(He can harass you under turret by punching minions(Can still do it even without minions at a shorter range) and large 'area' axe chops, end it early for a slow instead of a stun, permanent health stacking and finally the ability to just 'revive' in a close trade and then smack you with 10% enemy max hp on hit bonus rapid punches and can cling onto you as easily as a Zilean or Galio vroom vroom can).
In all the time i myself have played League of Legends, any of those champions being present pretty much says your team better be good as fk or your going to get snowballed soon as one of them wins lane, can melt the turret and then proceed to snowball the rest of the lanes and none of you have much of a chance to catch up.
