Win rate is garbage, pick rate is garbage - bad His kit is incredible but you took away all of his damage. The culling is a joke, whoever had the idea for his E to have an untenable cooldown but have double attacks reduce it needs to be straight fired. That was a horrible idea altogether. He has 0 late game damage. All he is at the moment is a lane bully. And really? He isn't even that good at that anymore after his attack range nerf. He needs a buff and he needs it bad. I mean, really. You could do almost anything to him and it would put him in a better position than he is now. I'd literally just reverse everything you did to him in patch 4.19. It was called for then but with how strong meta AD carries are now there's no reason to keep him pinned down like this. Urgot literally has a higher win rate, just think about that. A champ with one of the oldest kits in LoL has a higher win rate than lucian. Not that i'm saying Urgot is bad, because i'm not. Dude is amazing.

TL:DR Please touch up Lucian. Make his ult matter, make his dash matter, make ANYTHING he does matter.

Yorick is in a bad spot, sure. But there's like 40 top champs and half of them are viable. We have a considerably smaller adc pool and for whatever reason only like 5 of them are allowed to be good. Also? Mordekaiser is in a fine spot right now, he's not gutting people for free and he isn't getting rekt for free. IMO Morde is fine

I just got absolutely raped by a Lucian, therefore, I don't believe he needs anything changed.

Give him back 550 range make his w animation increase with attack speed make it worth using not a dps loss or give it back an ad ratio. I think that would be all the buffs he would need would be able to bully and keep late game ad's down until late game were they outscale him but still be relivant with being able to weave his spells and autos with a lower w animation

There are some good ideas but i really don't think his W is his biggest problem by far. I understand he's not supposed to have any kind of real late game but like, RELEVANT would be nice. His 550 range definitely needs to be given back, and IMO his ult could be a lot better if number of shots scaled of CDR instead of aspd. Also, some sort of damage stack for hitting the same target repeatedly would be nice. As of now, you're literally punished for trying to land his ult "How you're meant to" not to mention it's on such a long cooldown now that you really, REALLY have to be choosy about when you use it. If shots scaled of CDR you sort of compensate for the long CD since you'd be building a little bit at least for the shots. Like, it just bothers me so much that the guy has such a great kit but at the same time it's worthless because he can't do anything with it.
