Jhin needs more...?
I know he is still new, and often just simple viewed as really hard to master and play. But i feel Jhin doesn't really have much, a small simple fix to reward his style of play is in order. I mean he does have a less that 50% win rate.
For instance, his Q. Its nice that it was added due to him needing it to consistently farm while he is reloading, but if this is what it is used for it should reward you for using it this way. A nice addition would be that it prioritizes a champion on the fourth bounce IF it kills 3 minions on the first 3 bounces. This would give him some poking ability besides his W which is mostly used for its utility. It should also add his W passive mark, to give him more presence and aggression in lane if his support is warding, gone, etc.
His passive reloading speed seems a bit slow as well, if riot was to make someone who should be roaming. And finding the perfect spot to make his masterpiece. His reload speed should be faster the more movement speed that he has(but this should not stack with his passive move speed gain when he crits, unless its built around that). His Lotus traps could use some trimming up too. Possibly increase the cool down at early/all levels, but give him more charges based on his ult(sort of like GP's barrels). So that he can get a sniper's nest going.
The reason for this thought process is due to the fact that most viable champions are being rewarded for high, fast faced play styles, but Jhin is slow and calculating (e.g.,
,
,
,
, etc.). He was at first seemed to be a assassin killer in this meta, but now hes just more meat to the slaughter.
Those are just my thoughts on the matter of
, I realize I'm not the highest rank to be talking balance. But I feel like Jhin is lackluster, and is in the need of something more. He doesn't need a damage buff, god no, he just needs something. Even if its something small. Maybe he will be the next Bard effect, to where he is viewed and played bad. But all in all turns out to be really good. At least that's what I'm hoping for.
