Notifications For Abilities

I think it would be a great feature to be able to alt-click any ability, item, or summoner spell and tell your team the CD and that you have it.

For instance, if I was close to an item and i wanted to get a wave that another teammate was going to get, I could simply open the store and alt click the item, and in the chat it would say how much more gold i need to get the item. Instead of having to type it in chat. The same could be said about abilities.

If I didn't want to go in due to my CD timers, I could alt-click the ability to tell my teammates the CD. Or if i couldn't save someone due to me having a ability on CD or OOM. I could alt-click it and it would say that I didn't have enough mana or that it was on Cooldown. So that i don't have to type in chat and have an argument. This would also stop the need to type in tight situation. and thus dying because of it.
