Jhin Inconsistency

Okay so here's the deal. Jhin's splash art seems to differ from his actual in game model, and its not just with the eye color (it shows red in the splash art but blue in game!)

When I was looking over the model for Jhin on Lolking, i noticed that his open eye is on the left side, this can be seen while laughing. As well as he has a total blank area on the right. What I'm wondering is why is it shown In the splash as the right side? His robot arm is also on the same side that he doesn't have an eye (the right side) But in the splash its shown that he DOES have an eye on this side, as well as the markings on the mask to show that its his non-working or Deadeye. But even weirder is that he aims with this eye when using his ult.

To make it more blunt, on the robotic side, he has an eye showing in the splash art, as well as the marks under the eyes, while in game his robotic side doesn't have an eye showing at all, as well as its a different eye color and he aims with that side!
