How good is volibear jungle
I just bought him and didnt really see anything on google about 9.12 volibear jungle. I know that he can jungle but how good and how good are his ganks?

Better than people credit him. Volibear has a somewhat sluggish initial clear but can stat healthy pretty easily. His ganks are very lethal after level 4 and he's exceptional at counter ganking junglers like Lee or J4 who rely on a strong dash to gank with. Volibear struggles dealing with anyone good at keeping their distance or being hard to approach on anyone who can't leap on them easily, but you can get around that by memorizing their cool downs (for example LeBlanc)
You always have to consider match ups, but he is good. If you are trying to one trick him pick him everytime, but if you are tryign to just use him optimally here are some things to consider.
Farming is not your strong suit, so if ganking seems like it will be hard because

show up, then you are probally better off with another jungler.
If the enemy jungler has a strong early game and you have weak laners or a strong late game champion that is good against tanks like 
than you may reconsider Voli.
Voli has a super telegraphed engage/gank CC is your enemy. If your team has no good engage then Voli might not be your choice.
There are more factors, but voli is not the top dog for his job.

depends on your play style. I've seen him once as jg and he killed it but that could just be the player. You have to look at your opposing jungles to see if volibear is a good match against them. For example, if your enemy is an assasin, thats gonna be a problem for you.
