Yorick's ult CD Confusion.

I've played some games where, I would use his ult and the Maiden would be in lane with me. Well when someone kills the Maiden your ult CD appears around 130 something seconds give or take. Well there are cases where when if other team didn't manage to kill the Maiden my ult cd appears and Maiden is still alive. Once the timer reaches zero nothing happens however when Maiden is killed the max cd is still there. o.o Anyone else notice this? Or correct me if I'm mistaken?

it has happen to me as well, I think it is there to prevent you from spamming it constantly.

That's cool and all but it defeats the point to have a cd timer appear if Maiden is still alive. If anything it should just allow us to respawn Maiden back to our location with full hp again.
