I need help making a Zilean Top build

(The reason why I do zilean top is because Im a zilean 1-trick, so I do the best on him)

So Ive been trying to make a Zilean top build, but Im not sure what the most effective items would be. My idea is to go bruiser zilean; tear -> roa -> aa -> banner of command (so I can roam without losing tower presumably) and zz'rot (same thing) with 1 situational item. I want to have a tanky zilean that can bomb the fuck out of some people, so 45% cdr is needed. Also, is zz'rot and/or banner of command efficient on zilean? Thanks ^.^

although Zilean isn't a meta top laner, ap in the top lane is very viable so Zilean just might work, some examples of ap top laners are champs like Ekko , Lissandra , Lulu , and Teemo of course. when i go Ekko or top i usually stay with the standard mid build, just whatever ap items work best on them. build what you would build if your adc was a dick so you went full ap instead of support items, good luck with Zilean top!

I Main zilean too...I would say just take his mid build top, you don't really need to go tanky there unless you are losing lane hard. tear-roa-more ap (whatever you build mid) If you are losing you can take that build (zzrot and banner etc)
