The thing that burns my butt about this is that singed gets disabled right away and yet we had to suffer through that tank Yasuo extra auto attack for a week. Give me back my OP singed so I can laugh and toss people! [slayer-jinx-unamused]

They changed it to tick 4 times per second at 25% of total but instead it did 100%.

The ticks are supposed to do 25% damage. Rather than 100% (the bug)
