One of the problems of bot (and the game really)
So I just played a game that was very interesting. (Before I get hate, realize I don't play bot often). So in this game it was me as Tristana with a Zoe supp against Sivir and Brand. Straight off the bat I bet you can guess they were spamming away. I did my best to dodge what I could, but I simply couldn't dodge everything.
So with low health, I decided to back at level 4 because I was scared of a dive. I bought refillables and boots (in hopes I could dodge more). When I got back to lane, I was instantly met with spell after spell, and while never leaving tower range I was already at about 200 health. I backed again cause I didn't want to die.
7 minute mark came around and not only have we not gotten any help from jg or a roam from mid, they have our tower. They were able to zone us so easily that we lost tower without dying at 7 mins.
There are 2 things going through my mind right now.

Why is this ok? Like why can two champs together be so outright impossible (or least what feels impossible) to face, and simply win because of it regardless of the players skill?

What do I do in this situation for this not to happen? Like is there something I could've done differently that may have changed the outcome, or was I just destined to lose cause of the matchup?
I really wish league were a game that felt enjoyable to not only play but lose in. I remember the days when I could lose a game at 45 mins and feel like it was well fought and both teams deserved to win, but the other pull out on one play, whatever it may be.
Now it just feels awful to play, and win. I get into a game and in the first 5 mins I know how it will end. It doesn't mean I stop trying but when everyone is doing bad for whatever reason, it feels awful to try and stick it out and go the distance. When the scoreboard says 2-15 at 14 mins, I wonder whats the point of staying. Even if I think we can win, whose to say my team gives a shit and will try.
