Can Riot for the love of God make skill matter again?

Every damn game I get into, it feels like skill is irrelevant, and I mean champion skill. I can play a champ that has all skill shots and has short windows of opportunity, and then a fucking eve can come out of the blue, charm you, (she cant fucking miss it if she just spams her Q with her move speed) then she gets like 3 fucking seconds to do what ever the fuck she wants to you, and if that doesn't kill her R does an insane amount of damage.

I don't care about how, "This is a team game, you need to work together," well people fucking don't, they play selfish, they play to have fun, so why the fuck am I being punished by being stuck in a fucking unwinnable game for 30+ mins cause they have a team comp that can run at us one by one and no matter how coordinated we try to play, we get fucked in the ass, cause their champs do so much fucking damage, and don't fucking take any.

Like explain to me how a fucking Tryndamere with GA, is acceptable? All he has to do is run into your team, auto one fucking person and their out of the fight, and if you focus him the rest of his team who can all one shot with one rotation go balls deep, cause they know if you stop focusing Trynd he'll fuck you all up, and if you do, he just ults and then doesn't die cause he can revive.

Ok pick him off? what the fuck do you do when he can 1v3 nearly anyone, unless they have the hardest CC in the fucking game. All he has to do is auto twice to get your scared and then run off if he needs to, and if you try to run away, he just slows you, then he fucking dashes at you, it's a bunch of fucking shit.

I want Riot to reduce damage and watch how many people start to enjoy this game again. What the fuck is the point of a skill based game, when the only fucking skill required is when to push and for how long, or when to get Baron. That's fucking boring to most. I want fun, extended 1v1's where when someone kills me, it's because their champ is fucking joke. I want 1-2 even 3 minute long team fights of people constantly re-positioning and working with each other. Like who the fuck enjoys it when a fucking ADC has to sit in base or fountain, cause the enemy team has an Eve or Rengar that can one shot him with zero effort. It's fucking sickening, why can't they do what we are all asking for and just fix this shit.

For fuck sake, do it and see what happens. It literally can't hurt more than what you are already doing to the game. Every single fucking patch you all manage to fuck it up again and again and again, how much shit do you need to see, to realize your out of fucking touch with your player base.

You can't treat people right, you can treat your community, right you can't even balanced the only fucking game you have properly, HOW FUCKING HARD CAN IT BE! JUST CHANGE THE SHIT WE WANT CHANGED AND IF IT DOESN'T"T WORK CHANGE IT! THIS SHIT DOESN'T NEED TO BE PERMANENT! IT ISNT THE END OF THE FUCKING WORLD IF YOU OVERNERF SOMETHING FOR THE GREATER GOOD GET YOU FUCKING HEADS OUT OF YOUR ASSES AND DO SOMETHING RIGHT

yeah i agreee espicially tanks like rammus are just bulshit they go full tank and take down enemies who are building damage, how is this logical

Excuse me? Thats your fault not eve's. I mean how the fk can you not see her charm indicator. Also if she was able to e (since you said she got her movement speed) again, thats on you. If you are someone beefy you can 1v1 with ease and maybe tank her dmg. If you are mid well, after 6 you play safe since she gets her stealth. If you let her close to you its your fault for not respecting her.

And she cant kill someone (unless she is fed and/or target low on hp) without using her ulti.

They think by adding gimmicky mechanics to make a champion seem skill oriented we won't notice. They made Akali go from a point and click champ that one shots and have sustain to a skill shot champ that can now one shot, have consistent damage, go invis nearly permanently with no consequences, and dash every 2 seconds. It's ridiculous. The game is all about game knowledge now since it doesn't matter how good you are at dueling as long as you are the person that isn't caught off guard.

I'd rather fight Eve, at least I know where she's around, rather than getting blown up by an AD assassins that can go in and out with nearly 0 risk nor effort... Or a """""juggernaut"""""" or """""""""fighter"""""""""" that builds a single offensive item (or 2, item 3053 much offensive) and dish the same amount of damage as an assassin

Skill is more than just mechanically understanding your champion it is also about you understanding the champions you play agaisnt and working around them.

A combination or issues stacking up over the years; increased gold gains but weakened comeback potential, reduced defenses but extra ways to deal damage, newer champions often being overloaded to the point they shove out half their class while reworked champions often being gutted back into being niche picks like they were before.

No. All this would lead to is pick nidalee or lose. How hard a champ is to play does not grant them extra power.

If Skill didn't matter, everyone would be stuck in rank forever since everyone would have an exactly 50% win-rate over time, regardless of role, playstyle, or champion.

I agree with your title... but your exemples are stupids :

  • Evelynn : you can clearly outplay her. if you can't its cause you were misposing ...
  • Trynda is a stupid champion... but if he can come to your whole team.... you and your team do something bad.
  • Trynda 1v3 ??? how da f*ck can u go in game where nobody has any cc ???
