The jungle role isn't healthy the moment

For a role that has the element of surprise, junglers tend to always be the same level if not higher as the solo roles. This tends to create an unbalanced environment due to junglers being able to solo players in other roles (ie: hecarim, khazix, vi, lee sin). Junglers already have a lot of freedom and given that they can solo any champion in any lane without support makes them too powerful and can easily snowball. It was healthier when junglers were considered a support role having needed a solo laner to assist in the ganking of a lane, rather than being able to just kill everyone even when they are not fed.
