Flex Que Rewards - Is there a point? Will Riot give ample rewards?

Ok, so I keep up on news, I read Surrender@20, I check the facebook page, and I read the boards. Now I think Riot have stated that they would have rewards for both Flex and Solo Que, but I forgot where I read this. Additionally does anyone know if the rewards are stated yet or are set in stone?

The problem I am having is Flex Que is insanely toxic and highly unenjoyable. I think that there are currently MMR problems at the moment, but that doesn't excuse the fact that every single game is filled with toxic trolls. As a solo-player is there any reason besides a daily dose of abuse to play a match there?

Lately I've been playing the Flex Que because normal matches tend to have people who don't even want to try, people who can't be bothered to finish a game if they don't get fed and are winning hard.

So I'm playing Flex, and it ranges from a mudhole stomping one game where you can't lose, to 5 silver vs 5 plats. Now that itself is annoying but only temporary, what is annoying is the fact that no matter what, every single game is highly toxic. From people Bad Mouthing because their winning, to people flaming cause they are doing bad or their team mates won't listen.

Now let's be honest, this game isn't going to win any awards for having a good community. But if there is reasonable rewards for having to deal with Flex Que I will continue to play it. Does anyone know if there is going to be a second Victorious Skin if you get gold in Flex? Are there going to be different banners that we can load?

I just want to know if I should abandon Flex or if I should stick it out for the rewards.

Cause right now if your asking me to play it because I enjoy it, then I will have myself a good chuckle.

So I am hoping that solo players will get additional rewards, like IP, or preferred role pick, or something to make it interesting.

Anyways let me know if anyone has any info. I know there is stuff im missing but I don't remember where to look.
