What I want for season 7 jungle
not plants.... what I want is to be able to choose the camp buff I prefer AT EVERY CAMP. whenever I have smite and I'm clearing a camp, I want to be able to choose the buff that best suits my playstyle as well as the situation currently present in that game. how? EASY!
every camp should have a selection of modules on the terrain around the camp, each module representing one of the current buffs. if you smite the camp itself, you get nothing except the increased clear speed, but if you smite one of the modules, you get the buff it represents as soon as you finish clearing the camp. are you focusing on farming? smite the "gromp" or "krugs" module, depending on your champion type/build. are you wanting to gank? smite the "raptor" module so you know when there's a ward. afraid of getting invaded, smite the "wolves" module everywhere you can and let those spirit things keep you safe. this method is a very simple change, but a lot less clunky, a genuine improvement. it removes the current system's problems of wrong place/right time and vice versa (can't currently smite krugs for a "wolf spirit" to guard my red, for example.)
THAT is how you improve upon season 6's jungle so as to increase player choice. plants is NOT HOW.
can we get this mad ingenious mother truckin noticed?! like...not to toot my own horn, but this is gold, and I really want it in the game rather than plaaaaaants.
