Quinn Revamp!

As we all know, Quinn does not currently make sense as a champion (she throws valor at junk with her Q even though he was just a mile high in the sky, and she becomes valor with her R, and then becomes arrows right before becoming Quinn again...like what lol). Mainly, however, she is not considered viable, since her role as an adc does not mesh well with the function of her ult in teamfights (I personally love this champ, but still want to offer some ideas I had for her).

PASSIVE: Replacing harrier and its unreliable marking system with a stacking increased damage system makes sense to me. Basicly, attacking a target with an auto attack would mark them, and the mark would stack up to five times, and the mark would disappear after two seconds of not being auto'd or if Quinn auto's another target, since only one target can be marked at a time. Now, auto attacking a marked target would cause that target to receive +2% damage per mark stack, up to 10%.

Thus Quinn is rewarded for sustained fights rather than being handed a bunch of bonus damage on NOT EVEN THE RIGHT TARGET ANYWAY all the time.

Q: Not much to change here, except I think the current function of throwing valor at things is derpy. I would like to see this changed to an area of effect rather than line of site skill shot, like Corky's phosphorous bomb. Quinn would point at the area clicked, and Valor would swoop down and attack ememies within that area. I would also add a very slight delay to give enemies time to react to the ability since it would no longer have travel time.

W: No change here on the active. The passive, however, needs to be adapted to Quinn's new passive, so we're going to give her increased attack speed and move speed for attacking a FULLY marked target (a target marked with five stacks), and we're going to scale the bonus based on the level of the W.

Thus, Quinn gains + 6/7/8/9/10% movespeed and + 10/15/20/25/30% attack speed for 2 seconds whenever she auto attacks a fully marked target.

E: This idea for her E is a major change and a brand new mechanic in the game, and it aims to make Quinn a lot more capable of repositioning, which is essential for her due to her low attack range. It should also be a hella fun ability to use :D But it's also hard to explain. I'll do my best.

When casting her E, upon initial cast, a circle appears around the target as an indicator, and nothing happens until you cross your mouse reticle over the edge of the circle (from inside the circle to outside the circle), at which point the ability activates and Quinn dashes to the target. She then bounces off the target, not to her original position, but towards the point at which your mouse crossed over the circle around your target. Thus, with practice, you can use the new E to quickly reposition anywhere around your target. (It's like...she's a lot more athletic than we thought, oh boy!)

Also, again since we've tossed Harrier, using E will apply two stacks of Quinn's new passive to the target.

R: And finally for the big finally, we're completely revamping the ult. Now I know how fun this thing can be, trust me I know, so we're going to keep as much of that vroom vroom caw caw as we can while making Quinn's ult something an ADC can actualy depend on in teamfights.

And so, when you press R Valor now joins you directly in combat for 10 seconds. No, you don't become Valor, he's just there with you. During this time, you gain + 30/35/40 movespeed, doubled when out of combat for just one second. Aslo, Valor attacks any target you auto attack, thus adding 20/30/40 + 10% of your bonus AD as bonus physical damage. In addition, your abilities are augmented.

When you cast Q while your ult is in effect, it is targeted and affects an area around the target.

When you cast W while your ult is in effect, Valor grants Quinn true vision for its duration (this is given to Quinn's area of natural vision), but you cannot gain the increased vision range you would when casting this ability out of your ult. After all, valor can't be by your side and high in the sky at the same time. I mean, unless your also high....

When you cast E while your ult is in effect, you gain max passive stack on the target rather than just two. This can be used to instantly gain your W passive.

Thus. with all these changes, Quinn would become a very high risk high reward ADC. With her low attack range, lack of burst, and lack of AOE in teamfights, she would have defined weaknesses, but her steroids and repositioning utility would allow her to wreck when placed in capable hands.

(Please note I have had no access to play testing these changes and thus further balancing of the actual stats involved would be understandable.)
