What if supp was treated like jungle?

Just wanna start by saying this more of an idea than a, "GG RIOT HATES SUPPORT OMG REPORT!"

Personally, I enjoy playing support but it is very hard to enjoy it sometimes. Each game is different and no two supports do exactly the same thing.

But...it's underwhelming a lot of the times. Which brings me to my idea (not that no one has ever proposed and/or thought of this before) of making support a role with a unique summoner spell. Maybe even a specific map thing that is unique to the spell. Jungling is an important part of every game and is best utilized with Smite summoner 11 . Supports could use this support summoner to do something entirely unique and maybe grant buffs or even stay even level with everyone else.

"BUT MACNSHACK WTF SUPPORTS TAKE EXHAUST YOU IDGIT!!!" To that I say that more often than not, support take ignite. Especially the midlaners who get autofill and have to play Brand/ Lux/ Syndra/ Ahri/ Gragas/ and whoever else can run this "OP SUPORT BUILD" --->item 3089 item 3157 item 3285 item 3151 item 3020 item 3165

That last part was a rant about "Supports" nowadays.

So what do you guys think? ust thought I would pick some brains and see what it would be like if the support role became super unique.

i think, a new champ would help, anyone who takes ignite isn't really a support, yes some pros did it at worlds but most who do are solo queue bronze heimerdinger supports, not legends with great communication and hundreds of hours practicing, just because pros do it, it doesn't mean you should cough cough miss fortune support cough

Maybe something that could even replace smite... Or have more of a strategic choice between it or exhaust... I LIKE IT!

i think we should just do away with the whole summoner spell thing and re balance the game so that summoner spells are an item that you buy that takes up a slot like the trinket ward does. Except now you can only have one summoner spell at a time.
