Why don't we have an AP Upgraded item for QSS?

I just notice that a lot of Challenger players buy QSS on AP champions. Why not have a item for them so that they can make full use of it. Something like Mercurial Bracelet, Mercurial HeadBand, heck Mercurial Socks for all I care.

Just a thought.

Different items that solve a lot of the same problems, in a different way. Can you imagine the BS that would be Kat or LB with QSS and Banshees without sacrificing AP?
