All this is in regards to Poppy , Fiora, and Gangplank.

I've realized a pattern. Poppy has her "W" that disables dashes. Fiora has her "W" that counters all CC. Gangplank has his "W" that disables CC.

They all have a "nope" ability and they're all on "W". Coincidence? What's in store for Taric ???

Gankplank and Fiora had that ability before their reworks. Only poppy got large scale kit changes out of those 3

Immunity to % health, true damage, and resistance penetrations

That'd be a really counter-picky ability that I don't think Riot would put in but that's the first Nope concept I could think of
