I keep telling myself Poppy or Taric will be announced any day now
Should I be holding my breath? Will it be a couple weeks?

Poppy is next,then Taric.
I think Poppy might actually happen this year, but as far as I know Taric will be end of 2015 or (more likely) the early 2016.

Poppy is next. Taric isn't likely until early in the next year.
Edit: Specifically, Poppy is the next update closest to a "Sion-level" update.

Thanks Repers! Appreciate the clear up. Any work floating around on Anivia?
Not currently, no. From the few players that I've talked about it with, most seem to be interested in just some cleanup/modernization. Thoughts?
So... no plans to let Anivia cancel her wall if she wants to (ala Jarvan)?
that might be a "cleanup/modernization" tho...

I've been playing Anivia a long time and I guess the few things I've wanted out of her are thematic. For instance, her crystalize is a big wall of icy spikes right? It would be cool if it had a facing forward spikes that applied frost and damaged enemies that run into it. So like, she flaps her wings forward and the air freezes in that direction? It would be nice, because when she is backing up and trying to peel super fast champions off of herself, at least they have to deal with the threat of walking into her ice fields and walls. It would also retain her vulnerability of dying once people are on top of you.
I have no problems with her Q. Her E is a little boring. Even the animation is a... sideways icicle? sometimes it literally is just a flying stick.
Update her crappy model and textures.
Also, a small change that would skyrocket her popularity and be a completely new and unique spell.
Let the player drag anivias W to make a wall, which scales with level obviously in terms of length.
I posted this on reddit about 1 month ago or something like that, no one thought it was a good idea for some odd reason. look https://www.reddit.com/r/leagueoflegends/comments/3g4x2l/a_change_for_anivia_to_possibly_put_her_back_into/
Because they tought the wall wouldnt appear all at once but like Viktor laser

They don't think it's a good idea because it's completely unnecessary. Her wall is fine as it is in casting and function, why change what isn't broken?
You don't think it's an interesting change in the slightest? In the grand scheme of things, nothing is necessary.
Gangplank was relaunched despite not being a broken champion; Riot just saw an opportunity to make a champion cooler.

GP honestly was broken in terms of being bad. He had no real gameplay.
Anivia is honestly a well designed Champion, she just needs rounding out.

Reworking Gangplank because his E was pretty much useless in comparison to nearly every other skill in the game was necessary. Completely changing how Anivia's wall functions to a more complicated one that drastically reduces her ability to instantly respond to threats even though her wall's perfectly fine as it is? Not necessary.
Really doesn't need much change. Maybe make her ult not cancelled from CC and reduce the CD of it. Maybe make her E range a little longer. Aside from that she just has insanely out-dated mana costs.
ya go ahead and break her.
As a casual Anivia main, I'm in agreement with a simple "cleanup/modernization" or at least nothing "Sion-level."
Throwing out some ideas ... which in conjunction can be too strong, but can quite possibly be decent if introduced standalone or mix and matched.
-Anivia's auto attack animation has already been changed once, but maybe it should be changed again. It feels clunky unless you play her enough times in a row to get used to it. And then one game you decide to hop on another champion, say Syndra for instance, come back to Anivia the game after, and realize just how off it feels in comparison to many other champions.
-Frostbite (E) refunds its mana cost and half of its cooldown akin to Annie's Disintegrate (Q). Maybe keep the full cooldown if anything. It's hard enough farming under tower pre-6 with Anivia's abysmal auto attack animation and base stats. Sometimes you need to use Frostbite (E) to guarantee a creep otherwise not acquirable with an aa and that screws with what little mana pool you have to work with during the early laning phase to fight against the enemy opponent.
-Crystallize (W) can be instantly reactivated to destroy the wall. Or if that sounds too OP, considering it's not a long cooldown ultimate ability like Jarvan's Cataclysm (R) or Azir's Emperor's Divide (R), then instead add some gimmick like only Anivia being able to transition through the wall. Since she's made of ice and all... just like the wall (or she can fly over).
-1% (or less) slow surrounding Crystallize (W) so that you can get an assist for using your wall in scenarios where you don't necessarily want to touch the enemy with the wall (for the 1 true damage on displacement).
-The ability to reactivate Flash Frost (Q) while under crowd control effects. Or hell, just make it instantly blow up if you're CCed, so that it'll at least be useful and stun someone on your face every other time, rather than flying off into the distance and blowing up at max range.
-Changing how Glacial Storm (R) works so that it can't be cancelled by enemy crowd control or your own Zhonya's active. Or half its cooldown if cancelled, so that you're not stuck flying around like a fish out of water for the next ~5 seconds of a team fight that may end before the given time interval. If going down this route... have it cancelled when egged because otherwise getting egged and having your ulti underneath you sounds toxic as hell and/or a waste of mana.
-Update Anivia's Model and Textures even though it already happened sometime ago. It's just not on par with some of the newer models and textures.
-Btw, is Braum's Unbreakable (E) supposed to block Anivia's Flash Frost (Q) stun? I'm almost positive that if Morgana lands a Dark Binding (Q) on Braum with his Unbreakable (E) up it'll still snare him at the very least even if it blocks the damage. Please disregard if I'm wrong with one of the two interactions.
-Stuff that I've heard suggested over the years, like increasing the range on Anivia's Frosbite (E), is a nono. Making it into a skill shot - nope. Increasing the projectile speed of her Flash Frost (Q) is debatable because the tradeoff would most likely be its damage output. Drawing a wall like Rumble's ult / Viktor's Lazer seems like it'd actually net you less picks due to it not being as prompt as simply having a (snap!) perpendicular wall, but can be decent if it works right. Avoiding unit collision or having a base ms buff due to being a bird are meh ideas . I don't even know how to react to the "Crippling" people in your ult that I heard once. And more that doesn't come to mind.
You haven't had fun until you've used your W to enable a Yasuo ult :)
Please tell me you guys arent gonna ruin AP Ezreal by changing his W ;-;
She needs something against all the dashes. Some cleanup/modernization of her wall mechanics would be enough. Something like: "enemies crossing her wall with a dash are heavily chilled" ; and/or "Anivia can cross her wall (like Azir can cross his)"
Repertoir, it would be pretty awesome if Anivia got new ability icons and maybe even particles. Her current ones are very out-dated.
Well, what does the team think her current issues are?
Personally, as somebody who defaults to her whenever he finds himself going mid, I think her current issues are somewhat clunky-to-use skills and incredibly high mana costs during all phases of the game, specially early game. Farming with her is a bit of a pain too, due to incredibly clunky AA animations and her only reliable farming mechanism costing a lot of mana.
Mechanically-wise, however, I find that her kit has very little need of change, every skill plays a purpose and nothing feels like filler, and her skillset gives her a very definite role even when mages tend to be samey: She's very much centralized around movement control. Her R and W skills can be used to control where the opponent can and can't move, and her Q and E are used to punish opponents who don't move cleverly with CC and tons of damage. If anything in her kit needs to be shaved off to compensate for a power increase, maybe her R + E combo, since that can be rather punishing at times.
yeah anivia's kit is fine, she doesn't need much or anything
cleanup/modernization over full rework for anivia definitely.
I think her kit suits her well. She definitely does not need a Sion-scale change. My only ideas (she's pretty much all I've been playing since s3) are a look at her mana costs, a slightly longer E range (not a skillshot, but i find myself stutter-stepping a lot of the time trying to cast), a change in her aa animation (it's rather clunky when trying to farm compared to other champs), and perhaps some newer ability icons. Other than that, she is a well thought out and very fun to play champion.
I do think that being able to either activate Q (or having it auto activate) when CC'd would also be a very nice change. It would allow her to still have some presence in the teamfight even if she is soloed out at the beginning, allowing her team to engage instead of being weary of fighting 4v5.
I have to disagree with what some of the others in this thread have said, I think W should stay how it is, other than possibly being able to destroy the wall after a second or two. I think the idea of dragging the wall to cast (similar to Rumble ult) would degrade its ability to act as a defense mechanism during ganks or as a pick off tool when trying to chase people down.
The ability to choose the direction of her wall? It wouldn't be hard to implement (similar to Viktor laser you press where the middle of the wall will go and move your mouse in the direction the wall will span). In the past Rioters have been wary of this because the feeling was it'd add too much power but perhaps feelings and the landscape of the game has changed enough to allow this?
And if you did do this I think Malz would benefit as well.
Any news on work being done to teemo? I'm not so sure he's in a good spot since 5.15

Please, just don't kill Pink Taric when you'll rework him. I bought Pink Taric for his swag
Killing Pink Taric is like taking away Soraka's healing or some shit.
Alsooooooooo, I've never seen anyone play that skin in my games :c Can I add you? :D

DAMMIT
It's like the universe doesn't want me to see the legendary (in a figurative sense) skin! D:
Add me, dog. Fave skin on my fave champ, we can 1v1 and I'll hammer smash anytime you want (and I'm not working)
I'm worried about them taking away his rainbows from his auto attacks .--.
I always dreamed of poppy getting a Sionide rework. She's kinda the same as Sion used to be (Either built as Pure AD or Pure AP) and should be kinda the same as Sion current is (Built as a Tanky bruiser tank of tankiness). Her current ult needs to go, it's completely denying any reason to build tanky on her.

Rioter said somewhere on the boards that the ult was going, as well as her passive being retooled. Assassin identity leaving her.
Which means we need a new assassin yordle. Like, Teemo's nice, but I want to assassinate by diving into the enemy team, whereas Teemo relies on the enemy team diving his shrooms.
The whole point is to not build tanky and build full damage. Her entire kit sets her up as a glass cannon melee.
"Glass cannon" well she gets my cannon going ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) But yeah glass cannon my ass, tanky mudafucka

Taric was always expected to come after Poppy. Their place in the schedule has been clear for some time.
Hello darkness my old friend what a wonderful time to stop breathing
In earlier patchnotes Olaf and Shyvana was quoted for some re-work, any word on this?

Anything out there for aatrox? :(
Do you have any more information about the Taric rework, like what kind of level it will be?
i heard that you will rework pantheon too...is it true?
Do we have any news on Ao Shin release (or if he's even still being worked on)?
Also, is there any news about a Yorick rework?
any possibility on a eta on Poppy?
