Wolf smite?
I thought smiting the wolf was supposed to send a ward to the enemy jungle? It still just sends that little orb thing in my own jungle, I thought it was changed a couple patches back to go to the enemy side?

There is an unintended bug where if you pull the Wolf to the other side of your jungle (at least past halfway through the lane to red side) before Smiting the wisp would go to the enemy jungle instead. While it did seem like an unfair exploit, Riot decided to promote it and it's now a legitimate strategy rather than that.

umm no it always goes to the side you smited it on
It's pretty hard to pull off. You need an Alistar or a Syndra or something, but if the wolf is in the river when you smite it, you'll get a ward in the enemy red side.

I'm like 100% certain it was mentioned a while back that it was being changed to send a ward to the enemy jungle, am I imagining this?
