much safer? Depends on bad the zeds you play against are, he's no risk and farms much better than LB, and minimal energy costs

Yeah IDK how people can call LB safer than Zed, she might have better escapes, but she has zero poke - she needs to get on your face to damage you, while she is targetable all the time. She uses mana, which means getting some MR like item 3211 or item 1057 actually helps, unlike Zed when you need whole item just to... still have no chance of fighting him 1v1. More so she is much sqiushier, actually giving you chance to kill her if you land a stun or so.

The thing that aggravates people about Zed is not how well he can kill you - there are champs that can do it better - but how safe he is. He has great poke and waveclear at no cost. And he can easily chase you from, say, the middle of the map to your inhibitor and then blink back.

Zed is honestly a balanced champion, I get kind of tired of seeing him made into the scapegoat of "op midlaners". Now I havn't necessarily seen this myself, but I hear tank Fizz is a worthwhile midlaner to call op. Go make him your punching bag of nerf-calling guys :p

i see a lot more leblanc qq idk what youre talking about. people hate zed, because playing against a good one is extremely infuriating (same with leblanc). he also has manaless poke/waveclear and is pretty safe

they're both equally annoying. zed has more counterplay however.

Zhonyas blocks her damage too, and then there's Hex/Maw as an AD. She's also completely cool down based, so if she fails to assassinate you then she either dies or is forced to retreat. Zed on the other hand, has auto attacks that deal damage in addition to his abilities. I also don't understand why you think qss invalidates Zed, in a 1v1 situation he'll kill you even if you qss, it only makes his assassination a bit more difficult in team fights since it means he has to commit to the kill, but if you've watched pro games with a Zed in it you'll see he still is capable of killing an adc who has qss in team fights.

Zhonyas will stop the chain damage, but the rest of LBs kit is pretty much instant.

Zed gets kills in pro games against QSS because the rest of his team focuses as well.

If you're getting QSS against Zed then you can pretty easily justify a Banshee's for LB. If you don't want to go that extreme, Zhonya's can actually negate the W part of her combo and Abyssal gives you a looooot of Magic Resist.

LB actually has more risk to take by going in and has cooldowns. Zed can just boink! Blink in, ult and combo you, then blink back. Along with is insane wave clearing and poke. If LB blows a combo on you and you survive, she has a hard time surviving. And it's easy to kill her when her passive procs.
