3 Slows A Stun

2 Blinks A low cooldown Dash A Movespeed increasing passive

A Shield A Self Heal

Strong wave clear Percent HP damage

He's broken by design.

It's because the way his power spike is, is he has a weak early if he goes AP and is prone to lose lane if he tries building as a mage. Usually why you only see AP ekko in the jungle or tank ekko top. His early just isn't safe enough to work as a mage. My ideas as a fix would be to lower his base armor, increase his MR, and tinkering his early AP scaling on stuff like his Q, or lowering mana costs on his base abilities.

Tank Fizz still broken. Just any champ that abuses the items Iceborn and Sunfire.

ekko's passive is still fucking stupid

He should have never had % HP damage in his kit, anywhere, at all, ever.

If people built full AP build, think like a Diana or Evelynn AP focused build, he wouldnt need % HP damage. He would just blow stuff up.

AP Ekko isnt bad, tank Ekko is just so much better. He gets to have his cake and eat it too, and then go back in time and eat it again.

He gets around 1,100 damage in base damage from all his abilities before any scaling. So if you hit everything perfect on an enemy, before MR, its 1,100 or so damage. Consider that he can lock people down and is really sticky, and if the fight isnt going his way he can bail at almost any time why not build tanky and just rub that base damage on squishies and see if you cant get a kill.

Tank Ekko is busted because he has as much lockdown as Sion, is much more mobile, and does as much or more damage all while having safe engage and escapes. Yeah, even if you have the damage to take him down, hes slippery as hell meaning even if you catch him you need two people to kill him, cause someone has to stand on his hologram to beat his ass when he uses Cronobreak.
