@Gypsylord - Why doesn't Jhin's Dancing Grenade Prioritize Champions?

As written in the body, why doesn't his Q prioritize enemy champions? Was there a reason behind this decision? Also, I believe his ult is still bugged and suffers from the "stuttering" issue. I've made threads about this but I haven't asked you directly about it, which I probably should have done. Just curious.

Personally I'm glad it doesn't.

While a bit tricky to setup, I prefer it kills a minion or two before it gets to them.

I wouldn't want it to bypass killing a minion first. Although if last bounce prioritized champs that could be good
