Toxic or just stupid?

Hello guys, i just played a Yasuo tank top game, played pretty good, had a lot of farm, helped my team, and won trades vs Katarina (on top). But i was ganked a lot by the enemy Amumu and at the same time, the enemy mid Gangplank ulted, so i had most of the time 3 ults on me, by Kata, Amumu and Gp. Even when i had warded, or blocked Amumu q, he would flash on me and ult, giving Kata time to ult me. And after 20 minuts i had 2/5 and my jungler, who i think was a bit disabled, just looked on scores and started flaming me for my 2/5 (btw he had 2/4) I asked what did i do wrong, im just getting ganked a lot, he just said REPORT FEED NOOB, well, and in the end, he flamed me the whole game and after the game i had 2/7/5 and he 5/12 and still was flaming me without a reason. So, i would like to hear your opinion on players, who just press tab and look for the one with the worst score, so they can flame him. I personally hate this players and always report them, for verbal abbuse.
