The Lee and the fastest ban i have ever experienced

Hello guys, I just played a Sion sup game on my s2 smurf and got a really, really exemplary Lee on my team, he played bad, missed most of his spells and my Zed and Jinx flamed the crap out of him: CANCER GO KILL YOURSELF, NEVER GANK AGAIN NOOB, YOU GET BANNED AFTER THIS NOOB and so on, you know what i am trying to say. And even after all that, he just said ok, no problem, got it, and he keept on playing! He didnt feed or go afk, but still played and gave his max, after the game i honored him and reported Zed/Jinx, and what do you know? 15 sec later a player has been punished, well Zed, which account gets banned now huh?
