Not by the skill level. Why go Vayne when you can go Lucian? Why go Cass when you can go Ahri? The game has reached a point where the skill you may have in that champion is irrelevant in the face of champions that are more powerful. This game is going to be the death of this game.
I would've agreed, but you lost me when you claimed Ahri was good. She's a shadow of her former self, nothing more than a middle-tier champion. Neither assassin nor mage, she's just a random ass AP champ with no defined role.

I'm no good with any of the current META's...as I stick to the old school line up, and they do SOO well in countering the current plagued Bot Lane Meta's... Especially with Old Skool setups...

I have to disagree on this, Your not wrong on the if its players at relatively similar skill but if the skill gap is to large then the champs matter much less then mechanics.

it's players I know you knew this but I'm gonna tell you the obvi anyway. there is 10 people on the rift,( rank) or 6 in the 3 vs 3 but let focus on the 5 vs 5. let say there is this 10 people each have a certain amount of skill.
lets say : 6 of them are trash the other 4 is good.
so in a game it determine how many trash you placed with. the more trash the higher the chance of losing the more good the better chance of wining.
your individual skill does mean something but if you vs same people with your skill than you wont be doing well but neutral. while on the other hand your allied is making them fatter and fatter.
and this where the toxic began. the person who couldn't kill you; goes to the other lane,get some cake came back with so much protein and energy; and have a tons of calories to burn, they killed you and they sh*t talk.

champion pick is not determine the outcome of a game. BUT: lets say this 2 player have equal skill cap. ex:["A" and "B"]
player "A" counter pick Player "B", so now player "A" have the advantaged. because their skill are the same.
it can also be the other way around what if player "B" is at the lv of a Pro, lets say master, challenger etc... while player A is below like 1-2 elo. so it obvi this will be a challeng to both.
