Sivir now replaces Miss Fortune

Hello everyone!

I'd like to bring to attention the recent Sivir resurgence as an ADC. Although i love that more Marskmen are on the table, the fact that recent changes to Sivir made her to be the low agency, AoE decimating team fighter - it has crossed the lane and went right into Miss Fortune's terf and it's way better than what Jinx has to offer.

  • Miss Fortune - power budget concentrated into her R and for that kind of power, channel + a long CD.
  • Jinx - small AoE, +10% more damage, -15% total AS

Sivir on the other hand, needs only access to damage + crit and the collateral damage adds up. And she's very mobile. It doesn't matter who she focuses in a fight, as long as the enemies are grouped. So even if tank is eating all the damage, the rest of the enemy team is getting pelted with crits, with her being way out of range. I have to say that this is buff is way too powerful because now it looks like she is always able to 1v5 and channel the rest of the damage through the first target. Never worrying about the target selection or her shorter AA range.

So, lets preserve this mechanic for her but let's make it that:

  • Ricochet crit tapers off the more targets it hits (40-50% min crit damage) or
  • Ricochet crit deals 50% less (flat amount) crit damage to secondary targets

This way Sivir needs to pick a target she wants to kill faster and still contribute to teamfights (if the primary target is unavailable) but not have the same effect whether or not she even focuses a champion/turret/minion.

Any other suggestions are welcome. Jinx could use some cheering up <3 [slayer-jinx-catface]

Who are you even talking about?

Hmmm... I think that's fair. She never really was meant to be a lategame AoE sweeper, and she has quite a bit of power for a utility carry. I would probably opt into a flat crit reduction (maybe not quite half, though) because that predictability and reliability is much easier to play around than hoping the bounces go the way you want them to.

As a Sivir Main since late 2009 or early 2010, i really love the last sivir changes. In my opinion Sivir is an AOE ADC first and utility ADC second.

So if needed i would nerf her solo damage(her AS buff(R) during Riccochet), her utility(MS Teambuff(R)) or her range instead of her AOE damage.
