because if you aren't high diamond or better its hard to comprehend azir being good since hes pretty average/bad in normal hands.

Well, i am not high diamond matterial, i haven't ever been above gold 5, i never actualy tried to go beyond that.... But i can see that this nerf is a HUGE hit.

i have played him once or twice. He is difficult as fuck... i can't figure him out. I respect the people that dedicated so much to succeed with him. I respect champions that are that hard and i don't see a legit reason for a nerf like that...
