Change the character icon in game for different skins

Is it possible that the face that we see right next to our skills gets swapped out for the skin we're playing, I get that changing the skill art would be a bit of work but having the art for a skin replacing the face of the regular champ would be really nice since it wouldn't break the whole theme of you playing star guardian jinx or something when you look at your display for skills and items and then you see regular jinx's face.
