New System Bugged

Not a huge deal, I lost 3 LP, it's pre-season I don't care that much, but the new system bugged out and I got the message "Oof the game faild to start, please restart your client and try again." I don't have a queue penalty or anything, just not too sure why I still lost my LP. Anyways, the match timer counted down to zero and then didn't do anything for a few seconds and that's when the message popped up. Happen to anyone else?
