Play against mundo, kill him 3 times in lane and get first blood and tower. Next thing you know mundo comes back with a sunfire cape and out of nowhere he deals more damage then you all while healing with ult

He was buffed so executioners doesn't really do much to him, he is insane rn and keeps getting buffed. An ability that does over 10% current health damage insane healing especially with conq. He can win any lane easily and late game he's an absolute monster. He's unkillable even with grevious wounds and does insane damage.

Simply buffed how much he heals, this was a while back can't remember the exact patch but they made it so executioners doesn't even really matter for him because he still regens a nutty amount of health even with the reductions

Mundo still sucks against most of the top lane roster.

His e CD buff only matters in more prolonged fights where he can take advantage of the fairly massive DPS increase from having E up a ton.

Prolonged fights aren't even a thing anymore in the top lane. Only champs that matter in top are the champs that can do mini all-in sorts of things before backing out until you're low enough to be fully all-ined.

E needs reduced damage, and base HP needs reduction. item 3068 , item 3083 , and item 3065 breaks the game. If you don't build damage, you shouldn't get it. DrMundo [zombie-brand-facepalm]

Because rito likes champions that don't need to build damage and it's all % hp based, letting champions to literally build full tank and still deal high damage, like Mundo, Volibear, Ornn or Tahm. Whatever name they want to give to this made up role (juggernaut), they throw balance out of the window when they allow champs to be tanks and still deal damage, but that's Top for you, they need to give tanks damage so they can 1v1 others in lane because for some reason that made up tanky role was made top meta, a solo lane.
