Taliyah is NOT ok, she was crap on release so they buffed her a bit by giving her 50% extra damage to minions on her Q, ever since they took that away she's just as bad as 34% winrate Taliyah from 6.10

Since they took away her waveclear, the only actual buffs she's gotten since release are lower costs on her Q and less worked ground time with a little bit of health, seriously? I'm so confused as to why Riot would nerf a champion so hard so fast, she did well in a few LCS games and was immediately nerfed even though many champions like Syndra, Jhin, Olaf, LeeSin, Jayce, and Kennen have dominated the competitive scene for a while now and they remain untouched, not even the slightest nerf while Taliyah got THE MOST essential part of her kit taken away

And no, shes not fine just because she has a 49% winrate in the mid lane

It's because of her low playrate, no one plays her anymore (myself included) because she's nowhere near what she used to be, that's like saying Mordekaiser is balanced too since he also has a 49% win rate in the mid lane

Seriously Riot, please just revert her to patch 6.14 which adressed literally ALL of her problems, for Gods sake, MIDDLESTICKS HAS A HIGHER WINRATE THAN TALIYAH DOES

And all in all it's super sad to see that Taliyah is in such a bad state, especially for such a new champion compared to the others released in season 6 AurelionSol was a complete monster on release and is still good Kled is a strong top laner Ivern is super strong now after the buffs and Jhin has been God tier since release Can we at least make Taliyah relevant again? I wanna be able to play her again and not feel like she's more underwhelming than playing Fiddlesticks in this new jungle

She needs to be reverted to pre-6.14. Literally every change after that ruined her.

i can accept the 6.14 nerfs but the 6.18 nerfs are truly unnecessary

Yeah I agree she's not in a good spot, and she has a very weak laning phase. She suffers from Shen syndrome, where they gave her such a retarded and overloaded ult that the rest of her kit has to suffer as a result. She has a lot of interesting and unique mechanics, which makes her uselessness even more of a travesty.

Not sure why you got downvoted, it's pretty much a fact that she's weak - her winrate% reflects diehard mains who have 200+ games on her. I wouldn't ever pick her up myself.

i'm getting downvoted because people just see her as another champ they won't have to worry about, no one ever actually played against her they just complain, her ult isn't even overloaded tbh shens is cool and so is taliyahs, they're unique to them and they're both hard to play yet they are both garbage tier now, and all riot did for shen was make him tankier which addresses none of his problems, it's so sad tbh

Her ult is a gamechanger, and one of the strongest in the entire game - same for Shen. It forces the enemy to completely change their playstyle in the same way that Shen's ult forces people to play differently the entire game. Just like shen - you can't double dip, having such huge influence on a large area, and still have a dominant laning phase.

I agree she shouldn't be in the position she's in, but she HAS had a dominant laning phase before, and it makes her feel unfair in comparison to other chars. She is pretty much a hard counter to Yasuo, at least.

TBH she needs a rework - her kit just doesn't seem very well thought out. Which is sad considering she was literally just released. Her QWE are really cool, and her passive is interesting, if not a bit weak, but her ult is so bizarre and misplaced in her kit.

Depends on where she is, a bard ult is imo the game changer ult, taliyahs will be used for roaming and rarely for team fights unless she zooms in from across the map, but you're right they should honestly just rework her at this point

Bards ult is way more useful on teamfights, which is wehere this game is won 80% of the games. Taliyah ult is good for ganks sometimes. but thats it.

People overrate her ult way too much
