The areas passed over or effected by Lissandra's active abilities are frozen for three minutes.
On frozen ground, enemies lose 15/20/25/30 magic resistance and Lissandra gains 10/20/30/40 HP5 (at levels 1/6/11/16).
Frozen Diva1 votesI think Iceborn is a good name so keep that pls. :P But you have to change something because that way it's too ... heavy. Like 3 minutes are a very long time. I mean you are constantly moving in lane so the whole lane would be permanently affected by her passive. But this is a passive I'd like to see.
