I was playing top Poppy, I pushed up my lane and went for a bot roam. I tped down, killed the enemy and walked back towards my lane. By this time we were 10 minutes in, and before I was back in lane, Wukong had pushed the lane and done 100% of the tower's hp. So are you telling me I cannot roam? Isn't that what I take tp for? Do I take exhaust instead?

If you were gone for more than a minute, yeah, you deserve to lose that turret to somebody who can auto reset and get bonus damage on turrets. Even more so if he got a Sheen. Also his jungler could have helped him to make up for lost bot pressure or something. But two creepwaves are usually enough
