I just had a game where our gp ulted two times in a very short period ( 4 sec )

Wtf is that ?

EDIT : i also happened to have my ulti rdy after i used it yday while playing gp

EDIT 2 : i also happen to try practice games to see what is causing it and i think it is if you buy raise morale it resets the cd , means if you ult then buy raise morale cd resets.
