It's super bad. Everything interrupts it, it's really easy to see coming. Granted, if you get it off? Amazing. But lets be real, you aren't going to. You never will. And in addition to all of that it has virtually no range so you can't even really try to take advantage of distance between you and your opponent either.

NoMonku1 votesIts power comes from it being good in the laning phase allowing him to snowball his lead harder. It is also very strong in small skirmishes such as 2v2's or 3v3's. Its pretty difficult to get an ideal situation to use it in a teamfight, but that isn't where his actual power is.

i dont see it as nuts to maybe buff urgots ult a little bit, but also he's an adc, and having that kind of power with and adc is nuts, so i feel like buffing his other tools would be the way to go
