Why does the Balance Team never listen to the Community's cries for help?

Honestly, since Season 5, everything has been going downhill and Riot has never decided to listen to the community to fix the balance issues or has overdone the required nerfs on almost every occasion.

Here are some major changes:

Juggernauts

Fiora:You want us to nerf her? Change her kit and work more on it? Revert the rework maybe? Nope.

Skarner:You want us to nerf him from his insane sustain? Okay, but we'll make him useless, unable to keep up and here are some annoying crystals.

Cinderhulk and Sejuani

Get Sejuani'd! They literally nerfed the most powerful jungler to the least powerful jungler with absolutely no reason to pick now. She simply does no damage in comparison with the other Junglers than can engage in similar ways. I'm surprised more people haven't talked about this but every time she is brought up it's usually with a grain of salt.

Then came the infamous Pre-Season changes of 2016.

Turrets

Paper. Don't do enough damage and don't have enough health. They should be stronger at least in the first 13 minutes of the game and complaints are all over the Boards.

DynamicQ

Not directly around game balance but i've seen a lot of people complaining about getting matched with premades and getting awful roles or Support 99% of the time despite maining Jungle which is not very...balanced in terms of getting a role 50% of the time and everyone crying about it as we speak.

Death timers

This is on par with the Turrets changes that also contribute to losing games faster. You die and you go on a 30 second cooldown at 20 minutes. Gj, now your inhibitor is down. Feeling like Riot wants us to "git gud" instead of have some fun and actually try to develop a strategy to take the enemy base down. I feel like i'm either racing towards a victory or i'm either dancing with the enemy until one of us steps on each other's foot and dies. Booring!!!! I can go make a sandwich if i die at 15 mins.

Devourer & Rageblade

Particulary Rageblade. Who the hell though this would be a good idea? Did your playtesters even PLAYTEST it? This ridiculous item, combined with Devourererer is like fighting a Veigar with 1400 ap if he used Q first and then ulted as you don't die completely instantly. You nerf Devourer but not Rageblade even though that is the main offender.

Master Yi/Zed

Well, the current monsters on the rift. Even though Yi has his clear cc weakness, everyone can miss that window at times, especially if he uses his Alpha Strike perfectly and wipe out your team in 6 seconds which is NOT okay. Everyone hates him.

Zed keeps dominating Mid lane as always and is practically pick or ban now which doesn't seem to be anything Riot is particularly concerned about. I'm also gazing at Malphite up there on the ban bench as to why i have bad memories of him..

Plus to add on top of that, the Balance Team keeps forgetting what champion identity means. Jinx used to have stronger basic attacks which allowed her to show off her risky but reckless nature and Mordekaiser used to have a stronger passive shield which was one of his core things. Before the rework, i was always like "HOW IS HE STILL ALIVE?!!!??!!" and Skarner wasn't someone that waited for the right moment to snatch an enemy out of place with his ult, he literally ran into the enemy team, regardless if they were ready or not and dragged one guy out against his will.

Literally every time the Community has proposed good ideas to solve issues and Riot has ignored nearly every time or has overnerfed a champion.

Now the game is so unfun i don't even think playing Ranked is worth it because i had fun winning games to get into higher elo to have fun using teamwork and winning with better teammates but now even winning isn't fun considering nearly every game is either a stomp or a 1-man screwup at 40 minutes.

I made a post which includes opinions people have ALWAYS agreed with and all i get is downvotes even though i put 30 minutes into making sure i didn't miss anything. "The community is never right" what the fuck??? I've seen good counter-argument toward Riot's bullshit balancing and you're behaving like you're agreeing with them now. Some shitty post saying "Why do i see Lucian every game? Oh, cuz i main him LOLOLOLOL" - 200 upvotes. Clapclap but when i recap everything the community has been whining about you seem to forget all that and agree with Riot now. Go f yourselves!
