mordekaiser support?

the other day i had a guy say support and lock in mordekaiser. after looking at his Q,W,E and R. i do not see how he is a support. aside from a speed boost. i see no setup potential at all . not a slow,stun,barrier, heal or knock up. not to mention in bronze whenever i get a player that locks in support with annie, xin and a pick like mordekaiser they dont ward and steal kills from me as the adc. based on all the stuff i have seen in bronze i cant trust non support champions in the support role. most every sona, soraka, braum or leona support i get buy wards and plays like a support. id like to say my win loss in games with a defined proven support is way better than that of my record with crap like . so can anyone show me a video or explain to me how in the hell is a support? getting really tired of people in bronze that any champion is a great support. by that logic i can say that cait is a great support or maybe even graves.
