I remember seeing it on PBE, I thought it was gonna shipped this patch. Did they cancel the shipping and remove it from PBE?

It was never going to come with 9.16. Wukong and Teemo still haven't gotten theirs. I wouldn't hold my breath for Kayle's.

The Teemo rework was cancelled Dunno about wukong tho

Wukong is waiting for artist time to be available but the rework has been confirmed to happen.

Same, it actually fixed her game problems by making her early game existing while opening a window for counterplay late game. Not to mention that the removal of E true damage let her use her old keystone Press The Attack. ;-;
