Exhust

I like to see Exhaust be next Smite, Where Items make Exhaust do awesome stuff. Just thinking about made me think alot of people don't take Cleanse, well why not combine Exhaust with Cleanse? Make Cleanse to were I can pick my Ally's and if you need to exhaust then pick enemy.
