No aiming, no waiting for them to group up, don't even need to leave your fountain to hit/kill everyone.

It has a 550 base damage? That's more than Fizz ult and that is a single target skillshot.

Well it's basically a Ult that deals delayed magic damage to everyone on the enemy team with a single click.

Comparing it to zed ult not a correct representation since they are drastically different. But I agree Karthus ult is functionally very strong and should have a long cd.

karthus is bad with cdr. his E and Q doesn't profit from it, because of his Q cast time.

also, building is a core, this only let you building cdr boots+ zhonya or abyssal getting 20% cdr.

also: 96 seconds cd with 40% cdr is huge as fuck.
