Carry top Laners
Anyone have an idea why the buffs to Black Cleaver reverted and lethality were nerfed ? Are characters like Riven, Renekton and Fiora in a healthy state in your opinions or will they be viable in solo que meta next patch?

I think every champion is viable in different matchups... There are occasions where any of those 3 champs are overwhelmingly strong in the matcup, granted it is less often than the "viable" champs but with a 100+ champ pool, I don't think balance is very far off. People just need to expand their personal champ pool, and learn how to champ select to avoid shitty games. There are times to pick Riven, and there are times to not pick Riven.
