I would like Riven to receive buffs.

She feels like a very weak duelist thanks to overnerfing and while other fighters come with cool ways of beating tanks ( Fiora True damage, Jax Hybrid damage and scaling, Trundle steals stats and Renekton is a bully early and tanks with moderate damage later ) whereas Riven players have armor stacked against them and wouldn't legitmately win a 1v1 against any of the champions I just listed without a outplay. Riot keeps saying she is a late game fighter in every patch note but thanks to the shield nerf and her base stats she's too squishy in teamfights ( which is usually how the game is ended post 35 minutes ) and many other champions have better tower siege/1v1 fighting than her. I think Riot didn't like her building full damage and destroying people as a fighter but her base damage and stats aren't good enough to build tank and try to keep up with a Renekton or Illaoi's damage who build 1-2 damage items and go full tank after. She feels like one of those champions who you look at and say " I could play Riven but why not play this other top laner whom is objectively better ?"
