Who even asked for this? Now it looks like its going to require yet another rework because this one is just straight up stronger than the extremely overnerfed electrocute rune. Honestly there was nothing wrong with the old DH, don't know why it got changed.

The old dark harvest created so much one shot potential for many junglers that it removed interactivity when those junglers got ahead.
In short the old dark harvest was very toxic
If you watch phreaks rundown of the preseason patch he does show the numbers behind new dark harvest compared to eltrocute and since it has almost double the cooldown of electrocute I feel they both are strong on particular lane champions with junglers not wanting it as much.
A good change in my opinion.
Because there were like 4 people that used DH semi-regularly (and all were jungle), and it was, in some cases, literally used to one-shot.
This opens it up to an assload and a half more champions and doesn't really do anything for actual one-shots.
